How to Order

If you’re looking to order bird food and wildlife care products online, then you’ve come to the right place! Use our easy-to-navigate categories to find what you need, then add the items that you would like to purchase to your basket and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

Ordering with Really Wild Bird Food is simple and secure, with an optional registration process that makes it even easier to return your goods and place repeat orders with us. Registering allows us to securely store your delivery details and order history, making it easy to save your delivery arrangements for your next order and keep track of all your favourite products. Please note that we will never store your payment details on our site. All payments are processed by Sagepay Secure.

At the checkout, you will be able to review and amend your order using the Order Summary page before completing your purchase. When you are ready to finalise your order, simply click the ‘Place Order Now’ button – this will trigger a confirmation email containing the details of your order. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, or have not received your goods within the expected timelines, please get in touch with the Really Wild Bird Food team and we will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Payment Options

You can purchase our products using credit or debit card. We are also happy to receive cheques. All debit and credit card payments are transacted through Sagepay Secure, with VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO accepted.

To pay by cheque, simply download a ‘Pay by Cheque’ form at the checkout, and post your order form and cheque to:

You can also print off a freehand cheque order form, which can be completed by hand and posted to us at the same address.

Updating Your Online Details

If you would like to change or update your online account information, including your email address, password and postal address, you can do so by clicking here. Simply enter your email address and password, and this will allow you to make the desired changes to your account.

Stock Replenishment

If one of our products is temporarily out of stock, we will mark it as such on the website to help you make an informed decision before placing your order. Should you place an order on an item that is currently out of stock, we will get in touch to ask whether you would prefer to wait for your goods or get a refund.
