Fast service & good quality product, however, the photograph is misleading. It makes it look like the trays are flat but they are not. They slope down at the edges, so if, like me you are looking for a feeder upon which to fix a pigeon guard dome to prevent pigeons eating all the food before smaller birds can get to it, this is not for you because the food collects at the edges where pigeons can get their necks through the wire dome. Very disappointed because I really thought I had found a solution this time. Also, it's very expensive considering no pole is included.

Very guick service and the seed catcher tray is working well catching the fallen bits that the starlings throw about
