The fact that the 'next day' delivery actually took place two days late was disappointing, but understandable, given the time of year, and was the courier's fault anyway. However, the seed itself was the greater disappointment because, although I could see that wheat was the main ingredient before ordering, I only discovered how little else it contained when opening the sack. Practically none of the numerous birds visiting my garden chose to eat it, meaning that a good 75% was being thrown away, after being dropped from the feeder, and lying untouched on the ground for a day or two. At least I didn't buy a huge quantity, and will eventually understand that buying cheap bird seed is a false economy - it's cheap for a reason!

I just love being able to buy seeds from a genuine farm that genuinely cares. you've got this bronze bird mix which is just perfect for my inner city dwelling. It's very affordable, and the visiting pigeons adore it. I just want to say thank you for doing what youre doing. We've got the fridge maget up from last order still (which was free, so again thank you). It is so nice to be able to keep the little guys happily pecking away.

I bought some of this seed for my mum who is 90 and her birds are emptying the feeders at a pace. This is more affordable for her, but the rate at which the seed is being eaten may make keeping her feeders topped up a bit more work! Mixed news but very happy so far.
