We can send these vouchers to any UK postcode, and they can be redeemed when placing an order on our website or over the phone.

How to Redeem Your Gift Vouchers

If you have a Really Wild Bird Food gift voucher to spend you can use it when you place an order online or over the phone.

TO USE A GIFT VOUCHER WHEN ORDERING FROM OUR WEBSITE…

Add your desired product(s) to the basket as normal.
Before you proceed to the checkout, enter your voucher code where it says Got a discount code? on the basket page, then click the ‘Apply’ button.
The voucher code can be found on the bottom of each voucher.
When you click the ‘Apply’ button, the credit value of your voucher will be deducted from your order total.
If you are using multiple vouchers, please apply the codes one at a time.
If there is an outstanding balance to pay once all vouchers have been applied, continue as normal and make a payment via our secure online checkout system.

TO USE A GIFT VOUCHER WHEN ORDERING OVER THE PHONE…

Call us on 01489 896785 to place an order over the phone.
During the call, let us know that you wish to pay with a gift voucher.
We’ll ask you to read out the voucher code(s) so that we can apply the appropriate discount to your order.

The above steps also apply if you have a promotional discount for money off your Really Wild Bird Food order. Please note that voucher codes and discount codes can only be used once per transaction, and that there is no cash alternative available.
