Using Your Vouchers

Your Really Wild Bird Food gift vouchers can be used over the phone or online when ordering our products. To redeem a voucher online, simply proceed to the checkout as you would when making a regular purchase. During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter the voucher codes, which can be found on the bottom of the vouchers. If you are using multiple vouchers, please enter each voucher code separately and click 'Apply'. Once you have entered your codes, the order will be updated with the credit value of the vouchers. If there is an outstanding balance to pay, you will be transferred to a secure Sagepay payment window to complete the transaction. If you experience difficulties using your vouchers, please get in touch, and we will provide you with any required assistance.

Promotional Discounts

If you have received a promotional discount code from us, you may redeem it online using the same method as our vouchers. During checkout, simply enter the promotional code and click 'Apply', after which the order will be updated to include the value of the promotion. Please note that only one code can be used per transaction, and that there is no cash alternative available for these promotions.
