Really Wild Bird Food is headed by husband and wife team Richard and Lesley Smith, who run Street End Farm, a 400 acre farm that has been producing seeds and cereals for the wild bird feed market since the early nineties.

Lesley is a qualified Veterinary Surgeon who has held various roles at Pfizer Animal Health, and she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the production process, which has proven invaluable over the years. Despite the business expanding hugely since its humble beginnings back in 1994, Richard and Lesley still take a very hands-on approach when it comes to the growing and harvesting of their crops. The couple manages and oversees every aspect of the production process from start to finish, allowing us to maintain the superior quality of our products all year round.
